Commercial real estate has become more available across Central Oregon in the last financial quarter, but is still in a comparable position as last year. Overall increases in inventory for Central Oregon commercial real estate spaces has seen a vacancy rate increase of just under 2%. That’s significant enough to mean savings if you’re in the market for commercial real estate, but not so significant to signal a panic or full blown recession. The Bend and Redmond markets saw similar increases in vacancy in industrial and retail spaces, but the Redmond market is still extremely competitive.
